Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

The customer service representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers in all forms of communications. This person is the face of the company and must maintain the highest level of professionalism while assisting our customers. Candidates must assess computer skill and must be able to multitask while in a fast-paced work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accountable for providing superior customer service
  • Greets all who enter shop
  • Answer phone calls and reroute appropriately
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby

Experience & Skill Requirements

  • High school education or higher
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Able to navigate necessary computer programs and phone system
  • Keyboarding
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proper phone etiquette
